Ice Pack Sheet Heavy Duty is a flat sheet of 24 dry ice cells that can be used hot or cold, thousands of times over.
Just add water (see Directions below) for initial activation, then cut to preferred size or shape to suit specific needs. The ice packs wrap flexibly around limbs and other body parts to maximise effectiveness.

1. Fully immerse sheets in warm water, repeatedly scrunching to allow air bubbles to escape. Water will enter through the one-way surface to activate polymer and fully expand the sheet2. Towel dry3.
